Back to Church Sunday

Back to Church Sunday takes place this year on Sunday 27th September.  'Come as you are' is the slogan for this year's event, an initiative which encourages people, whoever they are, to give church a try. If you ever thought of going to church, or of inviting someone to come to church with you, why not give it a try on 27th September.

Many churches will be running special events on this day, including Dale Street Methodist Church who are having a Harvest Community Day, beginning at 1pm.  This will include a barbecue and drinks, bouncy castle, art workshop, games, crafts and more.  It will finish with a Cafe style service at 4.30pm which is suitable for everyone.

St Paul's are also running speical events, with guest services in the morning and evening services (10.30am and 6.30pm) including the chance to hear from people whose lives have been changed by the Christian faith.  There will also be a barbecue, bouncy castle and games after the morning service, from 12 noon.
