@ The Leamington Peace Festival
Leamington Churches will once again be making a splash at the Leamington Peace Festival on 19-20th June. This year, as in previous years, we will be offering prayer - particularly prayer for healing - as well as providing free drinks and refreshments, free balloons and free activities for children.
Following the successful 'Peace Promises' activity last year - which saw over 500 cards being given out with 'peace promises' from the Bible - we will be running an activity called 'Peace Postcards'. To help people understand God's heart for peace and the difference our own actions and prayer can make, we will be giving people young and old the chance to produce their own 'peace postcards'. We will be printing postcards which can be coloured and decorated and contain verses from the Bible about God's heart for peace. People are then invited to add their own hopes and prayers for peace and add their postcards to our washing line.

Come and visit us at the Leamington Peace Festival and add your hopes for peace, or add your thoughts to the forum at the bottom of this page. The festival is on Saturday 19 June, 11am-9pm and Sunday 20 June, 11am-6pm. To volunteer to help out, contact Brian Nash about the prayer tent - bnsh02@aol.com - or Sam Lee about refreshments and crafts - samantha.lee@wellhealing.org.
St Peter's Church will be open for prayer on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, and there will be an introduction to Taize style prayer held on Saturday at 9pm at the Dormer Place conference centre next door to the church.
'May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope' - Romans 15:13
